We hold supported digital assets (BTC, ETH, USDT) in custody on behalf of verified account holders. Customer funds are recorded and reconciled on a per-account basis. You retain the right to withdraw your assets at any time, subject to verification level and applicable limits.
Send digital assets between Faith Express accounts or to external wallet addresses on supported networks. Transfers are subject to network confirmation times, applicable network fees, and our compliance review.
On-chain withdrawals incur network fees set by the underlying blockchain. We display an estimated fee before you confirm a transfer.
Daily and monthly transfer limits are determined by your completed identity verification tier and may be adjusted based on account activity.
