1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, custodial wallet, and digital asset transfer services (collectively, the "Services") provided by AWASHDIRECT LLC, operating as Faith Express ("Faith Express", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services you must be at least 18 years of age, have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and reside in a jurisdiction in which we are authorized to offer the Services. The Services may not be available in all U.S. states or in certain other jurisdictions. We may decline to open or maintain an account at our discretion in accordance with applicable law.

3. Account registration and verification

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update it as it changes. To use most of the Services you must complete identity verification (KYC) in accordance with our AML/KYC Policy. We may request additional information or documentation at any time and may suspend or limit your account if we are unable to verify your identity.

4. Custodial wallet

When you deposit supported digital assets into your account, Faith Express holds those assets on your behalf in a custodial capacity. You retain beneficial ownership of the assets. We are not the owner of customer assets. Withdrawals are subject to verification status, applicable limits, applicable law, and customary security checks.

5. Digital asset transfers

You may instruct us to transfer supported digital assets between your account and other Faith Express accounts or external wallet addresses on supported networks. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the destination address and the network selected. Once a transaction is broadcast on a blockchain network, it cannot be reversed by Faith Express.

6. Fees and limits

Network fees may apply to on-chain withdrawals. Estimated fees are displayed before you confirm a transaction. Account limits depend on your verification level and may be adjusted from time to time based on activity, regulatory considerations, or risk assessments.

7. Prohibited activity

You agree not to use the Services in connection with any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, or any activity prohibited by U.S. or applicable local law.

8. Risk acknowledgement

Cryptocurrency involves risk. The value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly and you may lose some or all of the value of your holdings. Faith Express does not provide investment advice and does not guarantee profits or investment returns. You are responsible for evaluating whether the Services are appropriate for you.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, including where we believe doing so is required by law, where we have a reasonable suspicion of fraud or illicit activity, or where you have breached these Terms.

10. No warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faith Express will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
